Job Responsibilities:

1. Implement national standardization guidelines, policies, laws, regulations and related industry standards;
2. Responsible for the management of enterprise technical standards, including organizing the revision, training and optimization of enterprise technical standards;
3. Responsible for managing the national standards, industry standards and group standards that the company has edited or participated in, and dealing with related affairs;
4. Preparation of enterprise standards required for technical management;
5. Participate in new product research and development projects and take charge of standardization work in the projects;
5. Responsible for the standardization review of the company's new product drawings and various technical documents;
6. Responsible for standards and standardization publicity, education and training;
7. Completed other work assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements:
1. Familiar with national standards and industry standards, ISO9001 quality system, familiar with R & D process is preferred;
2. Proficient in office software, PLM system is preferred;
3. Good communication and coordination skills and language expression skills, competent for the promotion and implementation of enterprise standardization;
4. Good writing skills and the ability to prepare enterprise standards;
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility, work carefully, strong teamwork ability.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
1. Design and commissioning of power electronic system:
1) Familiar with DC/DC, DC/AC converter and other common power electronics circuit topology, with good circuit analysis and design capabilities;
2) Familiar with the principle of automatic control, good control system analysis ability;
3) Familiar with the characteristics of common power components such as IGBT, thyristor, diode, audion, MOSFET and their drivers, and able to calculate and select common electrical distribution equipment.
2. Circuit board design and debugging:
1) Proficient in circuit schematic and circuit board design;

Responsible for embedded MCU driver programming and debugging;
Complete the design and debugging of embedded software business functions according to the requirements;

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, automation, measurement and control, instrumentation or related, more than 2 years working experience;
C language software programming based on MCU, DSP, ARM and other MCU;
Familiar with AD9 and other veneer design and development tools, familiar with CCS and MDK development environment;
Familiar with RS485, RS232, CAN, Ethernet and other communication interfaces and debugging methods;
Familiar with STM32 series ARM chip peripherals, experience in MCU peripheral circuit design is preferred;

4. Familiar with design methods of automatic control system related to power electronic devices, skilled in PISIM, matlab and other simulation tools;

5, familiar with RS485, RS232, CAN bus, familiar with Modbus network communication protocol, have application experience;

6. Familiar with the application of ADC, DAC, memory and other devices;

7. Experience in power electronic automation control is preferred.
