Introduction

      The ground power supply of EMU servicing depot is used to provide external power supply for EMU trains during the downtime period and support the train to complete the operation in the depot.

           With the high-power converter as the core, the unique energy redistribution technology is applied to ensure that the three-phase current is in a balanced state when any vehicle model is used. The traditional series mode is changed into parallel mode, which greatly saves construction costs. At the same time, it has additional functions of harmonic filtering, reactive power compensation and zero line current suppression. The ground power supply is connected to the low-voltage bus in parallel without configuring a switching device or laying a second power supply cable, which can reduce the project cost.

1) Three-in-one EMU power supply, power factor compensation and harmonic control

While meeting the requirements of providing high-quality ground power supply to EMUs, the remaining capacity of the system can be used for power factor compensation and harmonic suppression to fully release the system capacity.

2) Compatible with all models to simplify operation

It can simultaneously provide ground power for single-phase or three-phase electric vehicles with AC400V ground power level such as CRH1/CRH2/CRH3/CRH5/CR400, without selecting the power operation mode according to the vehicle model.

3) Simplified power distribution system

There is no need to configure switching device and single-phase/three-phase double-circuit power distribution, which simplifies the ground power distribution system in the substation and is conducive to reducing the system cost.

4) Modular configuration and high task reliability

The 100kW module is taken as the basic unit, and multiple basic units are output in parallel to form a complete ground power supply. Each basic unit can operate independently, and the faulty unit is allowed to exit operation by itself during operation without affecting the continuous operation of the system.

5) Standard cabinet, flexible installation

The size of the cabinet is consistent with that of the low-voltage distribution cabinet, and it can be installed in combination with the low-voltage distribution cabinet.

6) High energy efficiency

The efficiency of the whole machine is up to more than 95%, and its own energy consumption is small, which also greatly reduces the environmental control energy consumption required by the ground power supply room.
