On September 16, 2023, the Groundbreaking Ceremony of ACTIONPOWER New Headquarters Project was held in the Listed Enterprises Industrial Park, Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone in pleasant weather.

        Attendees included Yang Hua, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone, Gao Yuntian, Director, and Shi Feng, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Innovation Bureau of Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone, leaders of design, survey, construction, and supervision units of the new headquarters park, employee representatives of ACTIONPOWER, some partners and friends.

       The ceremony was presided over by the Deputy General Manager of ACTIONPOWER Li Hui and addressed by the Chairman of ACTIONPOWER Bai Xiaoqing, who briefly introduced the milestones of ACTIONPOWER in Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone over the past 30 years since its inception. He said that the company has achieved phased results with ongoing R&D and innovation to drive its main businesses and now stands at a new starting point and faces new opportunities. The new headquarters park is an important fulcrum to support the company's development strategy at a new starting point. It will be built into a green, low-carbon park integrating R&D innovation, advanced manufacturing, cooperation, and exchange, facilitating the company to seize opportunities and step onto a new stage of development. In his speech, Deputy Director Yang Hua encouraged ACTIONPOWER to maintain its entrepreneurial passion at a new starting point, make greater efforts in R&D innovation, achieve high-quality development, and inject new vitality into the economic development of Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone. He also expressed that the government would create a better business environment and offer more support to enterprises in the zone.

       At 9:16, an auspicious time, Chairman Bai Xiaoqing unveiled the groundbreaking monument. Leaders, guests, and ACTIONPOWER employee representatives present shoveled sand into the pit, marking the official commencement of the construction of the new headquarters of ACTIONPOWER.

        ACTIONPOWER New Headquarters Park is located in the Listed Enterprises Industrial Park of Silk Road Science City, Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone. It covers an area of 2.1 hectares, with a planned construction area of 76,000 square meters and a ground construction area of 55,000 square meters. The park is jointly designed by China Architecture Design and Research Group and China Northwest Architectural Design and Research Institute. The architectural design fully reflects the characteristics of ACTIONPOWER as a sci-tech innovation enterprise. It adopts a smart microgrid integrating photovoltaic storage and charging and greens the surrounding yard, to create a people-oriented ecological park suitable for both working and living.
