Overview

       The optical storage equipment test platform is a solution for photovoltaic inverters and power conversion systems, and is mainly used to test whether the functions and performance characteristics of photovoltaic inverters and power conversion systems meet the requirements of design and relevant standards. Among them, the grid simulation source and DC simulation source have parallel expansion interfaces to meet the testing of test objects at various power levels.

Characteristics:

  1. The system has 4 test stations;

  2. 2.Total system capacity: 6MVA grid simulation source +6MW DC source;

  3. 1.5MVA for single grid simulation source and 1.5MW for single DC source;

  4. The grid simulation source has the parallel connection capability, and 2, 3, or 4 simulation sources can be arranged in parallel for output;

  5. The DC simulation source has the parallel connection capability, and 2, 3, or 4 simulation sources can be arranged in parallel for output;

  6. The DC simulation source has the series connection capability, and 2 simulation sources can be arranged in series, and 2 simulation sources can be arranged in series and 2 simulation sources can be arranged in parallel for output. For series connection, the neutral point is arranged;

  7. The grid simulation source and the DC simulation source have the ability of remote voltage compensation;

Overview

     

The grid simulation power supply can simulate the disturbance characteristics of the grid and is used for testing overvoltage, undervoltage, overfrequency, underfrequency, high/low voltage ride through (zero ride through), harmonic injection and grid voltage flicker of grid-connected products such as photovoltaic inverter and energy storage converter. It contains three 1.3MVA grid simulation power supplies, each of which can be used separately to meet the requirements of multi-platform parallel testing. Any 2 or 3 sets can also be used in parallel to achieve test capacities of 2.6MVA and 3.9MVA respectively to meet the testing requirements of high-power grid-connected products.

The DC analog power supply has solar cell I-V simulation function and programmable DC source function (including constant voltage mode, constant current mode and constant power mode), which can simulate the I-V curve of solar cell array under different types and environmental conditions for electrical performance test, static and dynamic MPPT efficiency test of photovoltaic inverter, energy storage converter and other products; At the same time, it has the function of electronic load and energy feedback to the power grid. It can simulate a variety of battery characteristic curves and meet the performance test requirements of the energy storage converter; In addition, the DC analog power supply also has the function of a charging and discharging all-in-one machine to meet the charging and discharging characteristics test of power battery packs or energy storage batteries.

Characteristics:

  1. The capacity of single grid simulation power supply is 1.3MW, and the capacity of single DC simulation power supply is 1MW;

  2. Three grid simulation power supplies can be arbitrarily connected to meet the high-power test;

  3. 4 DC analog power supply can be connected in parallel or 2 sets can be used in series to meet the test of high power and high voltage;

  4. Low-voltage system with the largest capacity in operation in China.

Overview

The Company undertakes the general contracting of new energy power electronic device test system construction project. The system can meet the type test requirements of 50Hz and 60Hz photovoltaic inverters with a capacity of 1MW or below, energy storage converters and automobile charging piles. At the same time, the equipment expansion and system interface requirements required for 1.5MW photovoltaic inverter tests are reserved. The system can complete the automatic test of the test object, collect data and generate test reports according to standards.
